Quran Quote  : 

कुरान मजीद-9:61 सुरा अत-तौबा हिंदी अनुवाद, लिप्यंतरण और तफ़सीर (तफ़सीर).

وَمِنۡهُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡذُونَ ٱلنَّبِيَّ وَيَقُولُونَ هُوَ أُذُنٞۚ قُلۡ أُذُنُ خَيۡرٖ لَّكُمۡ يُؤۡمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَيُؤۡمِنُ لِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَرَحۡمَةٞ لِّلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مِنكُمۡۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡذُونَ رَسُولَ ٱللَّهِ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ,

लिप्यंतरण:( Wa minhumul lazeena yu'zoonan nabiyya wa yaqooloona huwa uzun; qul uzunu khairil lakum yu'minu billaahi wa yu'minu lil mu'mineena wa rahmatul lil lazeena aamanoo minkum; wallazeena yu'zoona Rasoolal laahi lahum 'azaabun 'aleem )

तथा उन (मुनाफ़िक़ों) में से कुछ लोग ऐसे हैं जो नबी को दुःख देते हैं और कहते हैं कि वह तो निरा कान[28] हैं! आप कह दें कि वह तुम्हारे लिए भलाई का कान हैं। वह अल्लाह पर विश्वास रखते हैं और ईमान वालों की बात का विश्वास करते हैं और तुममें से उन लोगों के लिए दया हैं, जो ईमान लाए हैं और जो लोग अल्लाह के रसूल को दुःख देते हैं, उनके लिए दर्दनाक यातना है।

28. मुनाफ़िक़ों का मतलब यह था कि आप कान के कच्चे हैं, हर एक की बात सुनकर उसपर विश्वास कर लेते हैं।

Ibn-Kathir

61. And among them are men who annoy the Prophet and say: “He is (lending his) ear (to every news).” Say: “He listens to what is best for you; he believes in Allah; has faith in the believers; and is a mercy to those of you who believe.” But those who annoy Allah’s Messenger, will have a painful torment.

Hypocrites annoy the Prophet

Allah says, some hypocrites bother the Messenger of Allah by questioning his character, saying,

﴿هُوَ أُذُنٌ﴾

(he is (lending his) ear), to those who say anything about us; he believes whoever talks to him. Therefore, if we went to him and swore, he would believe us. Similar was reported from Ibn `Abbas, Mujahid and Qatadah. Allah said,

﴿قُلْ أُذُنُ خَيْرٍ لَّكُمْ﴾

(Say: “He listens to what is best for you”), he knows who’s saying the truth and who is lying,

﴿يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَيُؤْمِنُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ﴾

(he believes in Allah; has faith in the believers), he believes the believers,

﴿وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مِنكُمْ﴾

(and is a mercy to those of you who believe”), and a proof against the disbelievers,

﴿وَالَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ﴾

(But those who annoy Allah’s Messenger, will have a painful torment.)
