Quran Quote  : 

कुरान मजीद-9:8 सुरा अत-तौबा हिंदी अनुवाद, लिप्यंतरण और तफ़सीर (तफ़सीर).

كَيۡفَ وَإِن يَظۡهَرُواْ عَلَيۡكُمۡ لَا يَرۡقُبُواْ فِيكُمۡ إِلّٗا وَلَا ذِمَّةٗۚ يُرۡضُونَكُم بِأَفۡوَٰهِهِمۡ وَتَأۡبَىٰ قُلُوبُهُمۡ وَأَكۡثَرُهُمۡ فَٰسِقُونَ,

लिप्यंतरण:( Kaifa wa iny-yazharoo 'alaikum laa yarquboo feekum illanw wa laa zimmah; yurdoo nakum biafwaahihim wa ta'baa quloobuhum wa aksaruhum faasiqoon )

(उन लोगों की संधि) कैसे संभव है, जबकि वे यदि तुमपर अधिकार पा जाएँ, तो तुम्हारे विषय में न किसी रिश्तेदारी का सम्‍मान करेंगे और न किसी वचन का। वे तुम्हें अपने मुखों से प्रसन्न करते हैं, जबकि उनके दिल इनकार करते हैं और उनमें से अधिकांश अवज्ञाकारी हैं।

8. How When if you are overpowered by them, they regard not the ties, either of kinship, (Ill) or of covenant (Dhimmah) With their mouths they please you, but their hearts are averse to you, and most of them are rebellious.

Allah encourages the believers to show enmity to the idolators andto dissociate from them, affirming that they do not deserve to enjoy a covenant of peace, because of their Shirk in Allah and disbelief in Allah’s Messenger.
