41. And remember My devotee Ayub [84] He called his Lord [85] that Shaitaan had afflicted (86) weariness and oppression with me.

42. We said: "Strike [87] your foot on the ground. Here, is a cool stream for bathing [88] and drinking".

43. And We bestowed him his family and as many more with them, in addition, as a mercy [89] from Us and as a reminder to the men of understanding.

44. And We said: "And take in your hand a dry bundle of bushes and strike [90] therewith and do not break [91] your oath".Surely, We found him steadfast. What an excellent devotee he was. Certainly, he was always turning (to Allah).

45. And remember Our devotee Ebrahim and Ishaaq and Yaqub, the men of authority [92] and vision.
