57. And We shaded you with clouds and sent down upon you Manna and Salwa [quails] [102], saying: "Eat of the good things We have provided for you." And they did not wrong Us at all, but they wronged their own souls [103].

We shaded them with clouds and sent down manna and quail upon them [365], saying, "Eat of the good things We have provided for you." They did not wrong Us, but they wronged themselves [366].
