2. And give to the orphans their [6] properties, and do not substitute the defective (of your own) for the good [7] (of theirs). And do not consume their properties along with your property [8]. Indeed, that is a great sin.

5. And do not give the weak-minded their property [15], which Allah has made a means of sustenance for you [16]. But provide for them from it, clothe them, and speak to them with kind words [17].

6. And test the orphans [18] until they reach marriageable age. Then, if you perceive sound judgment in them, release their property to them [19], and do not consume it excessively or hastily out of fear that they will grow up [20]. And if the guardian is wealthy, he should abstain [from taking anything], but if he is poor, let him consume it in a fair and reasonable manner [21]. And when you hand over their property, bring witnesses [22] in their presence. And Allah is sufficient as a Reckoner.

10. Indeed, those who consume the property of orphans unjustly [30] are only filling their bellies with fire [31]. And they will soon be burned in the blazing fire.

29. O believers! Do not consume one another's wealth unjustly [117], except through mutual consent in trade [118]. And do not kill yourselves [119]. Indeed, Allah is Ever Merciful to you.

33. And for everyone, We have appointed heirs to what is left by parents [127] and close relatives [128], and to those with whom you have made a pledge, give them their share [129]. Indeed, Allah is a Witness over everything [130].

180. Made obligatory [393] upon you that when death approaches anyone of you and if he leaves property [394] (behind him) that he should make a bequest for the parents and near relatives, according to existing customs. This is compulsory for those who fear Allah [395].

31. And order [61] the Muslim women to lower their sights [62] a little and guard their chastity [63], and show not their adornment except that which is apparent [64], and to place their head coverings over their bosoms [65]. And disclose not their adornment except to their husbands, or the fathers [66] of their husbands, or to their sons, or the sons of their husbands [67], or their brothers, or the sons of their brothers, or the sons of their sisters [68], or the women of their religion [69], or their handmaids who are the property of their hands [70], or servants provided they are not men of sexual desire [71], or the private parts [72] of the women. And do not strike your feet forcibly on the ground so that hidden adornment [73] may be known. And repent to Allah, O you who believe [75], altogether, so that you may achieve prosperity.

33. And let those who have no means to marry restrain themselves [80] until Allah provides them from His Bounty [81]. And from among your servants and handmaids, those who wish that you should write [82] for them freedom on the condition that they may earn some wealth, then write it for them if you know some good in them [83], and help them out of the wealth of Allah which He has given to you [84]. And force not your maids to prostitution when they desire to live in chastity in order that you may gain some goods of this worldly life [85]. And whoever forces them, then indeed, Allah, after their compulsion, is Forgiving, Merciful [86].

34. And do not approach the property of the orphan [80], except in the best manner [81], until he reaches his maturity [82]. And fulfill the promise [83]; indeed, the promise will be questioned.
